Hatha Yoga for all levels
Hatha yoga has been shown to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, increase strength and reduce the risk of injury in daily life. It can reduce heart rate and blood pressure, and can help manage chronic diseases such as insomnia and chronic pain.
Students of all levels welcome to this class! All our classes are offered at comfortable temperatures. You can achieve a high level of health of body, mind and energy working at your own ability level. You will leave each class feeling more relaxed, connected and at peace!
