5 Things: Clothing Collection; Local Walks to Prevent Suicide

Today's focus is on helping, and how you can, too.

1. Helping Hands had started its annual winter clothing collection for children. This nonprofit is looking for gently used coats, hats and pants for kids. There are two convenient drop off locations in town, as well. 2. Local resident Paula Hogan lost a dear friend to suicide years ago, and is helping to raise money and awareness on the issues of suicide by walking in the Out of Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk. It's easy for you to help, too, by sponsoring her. Every little bit helps. 3. The Northborough Food Pantry helps more families in town than you may realize. Today is the last day to register to vote to be eligible to vote in the Presidential Massachusetts Primary to take place on March 6. The Town Clerk's office will be open until 8 p.m. this evening to accomodate. Be sure you are registered to vote. 2.
