A man faces charges of aggravated A&B.
A Northborough man faces charges of aggravated assault and battery after allegedly pushing a pregnant woman over the weekend. Jonathan Greenwood, 19, of 139 Northgate Rd. was, according to police, involved in an argument with the victim, who was moving out of the home. During the argument, Greenwood allegedly pushed the woman, who is six months pregnant. No injuries were reported. Greenwood faces charges of aggravated assault and battery on a pregnant woman. He was arrested on $1,040 bail and arraigned at Westborough District Court.

Northborough police arrested a man in Shrewsbury on charges of open and gross lewdness.
Northborough police arrested a man at a home in Shrewsbury on Tuesday for an incident at Motel 6, where two days earlier the man allegedly exposed himself to a woman and her daughters, who were staying at the motel. Jeffrey H. Flannery, 55, 39 Reseroir St., Norton, was arrested at a Shrewsbury home at which he was staying, on charges of open and gross lewdness. Officer Phillip Martin says he responded to a call from an employee at Motel 6 on May 13, who relayed a disturbance that had occurred earlier in the day. Flannery, according to employees, had been dropped off at the motel on May 12. On May 13, a report had come in around 2 a.m. of a man who was "banging on the door and using foul language." The former owner of Tite Group Sporting has pleaded not guilty.
A Northborough man who was the owner of the now-closed Tite Group Sporting on Hudson Street pleaded not guilty in Worcester Superior Court to charges that he sold guns illegally, according to the Worcester Telegram and Gazette. Michael A. Wheelock, 65, 34 Hudson St., Northborough, faces charges of six counts of illegal firearm sales that allege that Wheelock sold guns that were not approved by the Gun Control Advisory Board, said the Telegram. With sales that reportedly took place between the end of 2011 through spring of 2012, Wheelock's lawyer argued that he had closed the business and stopped selling the firearms. Wheelock will be back in court on May 9.

Northborough police responded on Wednesday morning to a situation at Algonquin Regional High School.
A student at Algonquin Regional High School will be charged with "disturbing a school assembly," said police. Northborough police responded shortly before 10 a.m. on Wednesday to a dispute between a student and faculty. A male student was in an "agitated state and giving faculty and the administration a hard time," said police. The boy, a senior, was causing a disturbance by swearing, yelling and pushing chairs and desks. An administrator called Northborough police to assist, and the situation had "calmed down" by the time police arrived.

People have asked Patch, 'What is the latest on the murder charges stemming from the incident at Motel 6 last year?"
In August, two suspects pled not guilty to murder charges stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred at Motel 6 in Northborough. James Howze, 20, and Lara Cori, 22, both of 37 Harvard St., Providence, were charged with the murder of Joseph Webster, a Worcester man whose last known whereabouts was at Motel 6 with Howze and Cori in March. Many have asked, "what is the latest on this murder case?" Howze and Cori last appeared in Worcester Superior Court on Feb. 11, and will next appear before the judge on April 29, according to Tim Connolly, spokesperson for the Worcester District Attorney's office. "It is moving along, but no date has been set for a trial," said Connolly.
