Juniper Hill and White Cliffs Among The Latest Inspections

Here are the latest health inspections conducted by Heath Agent Jamie Terry.

This feature on Northborough Patch lists the latest health inspections conducted by the town's Health Agent Jamie Terry. Inspections are conducted regularly, and are unannounced visits. It is important to note that Terry has often stressed that it is very rare for an establishment to always receive a perfect inspection score. Bistro Wants Recipes, Applefest Grand Marshal Nominations

Here's a look at what our readers submitted to Northborough Patch this past week.

Bistro Limoncello is looking for your best family recipes, and that includes food and martinis. The restaurant, located in Northborough, might even pick these recipes to put on its menu. There's an annual flea market and yard sale on June 25 at the Northborough Senior Center, and they're seeking vendors as well as donations for the big sale. The deadline is Wednesday, June 15, to submit a nomination for this year's Applefest Grand Marshal. It's a big tradition and a big deal. Sen. Bistro Limoncello to be Featured on TV Diner With Billy Costa

Bistro Limoncello got the gold plate, and will get the featured spot on an upcoming episode of NECN's "TV Diner with Billy Costa."

Owner and chef Marco Turo heard they dropped by and had dinner, but didn't know when, or how he fared. But word is it was thumbs up for Bistro Limoncello, as a TV crew from NECN's TV Diner with Billy Costa visited yesterday for a long shoot at the restaurant. The crew filmed Turo and his staff, which includes Executive Chef Bruno Granato, who prepared seven meals for a segment that will air on Saturday, April 2, at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. on NECN. "They did a review a few weeks ago," said Turo. "They came in, and I found out they gave us the gold plate, which is good. So they wanted to come in and do a video shoot. The two-hour shoot will be condensed into about a seven minute segment." Turo said he's throwing a party in the newest room of …

Great Escape

Great Escape: Dinner and Dancing

Dinner, dancing and a fun place to drop your kids for the evening. This Friday night is yours!

Each week, we'll tell you about one great idea to give you a much deserved break from the stress of the work-week and your everyday lives. This week, escape on Friday night, March 18, for a fun evening of dinner and dancing with your spouse and leave the kids happy as well. First things first -- get those kids settled. They don't want to be stuck at home watching Mary Poppins with their grandparents. It's an off night, and they just aren't in the mood to terrorize their teenaged babysitter, either. Northboro Recreation has the answer, in the form of a kids' pizza and game night. From 5-9 p.m., kids ages 8-13 can hang out and party with their peers in the new 38 Southwest Cutoff space, enjoying pizza, games and camaraderie. It's only $25 …
