Information courtesy of Julie Fairweather for IHOP IHOP Restaurant, one of America’s favorite restaurant chains, celebrates its grand opening at Northborough Crossing today, Monday, Aug. 20. The restaurant chain, best known for their signature pancakes, omelettes and other breakfast specialties, also offers a broad array of lunch, dinner, and snack items throughout the afternoon and evening hours. The Northborough Crossing location hours will be 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to midnight on weekends. IHOP restaurants are franchised and operated by Glendale, Calif.-based International House of Pancakes, LLC and its affiliates.
