Nancy Berglund Says Goodbye After 10 Years of Service to School Committee
The Northborough School Committee gave Berglund a heartfelt send-off.
With her sharp sense of humor, dedication to education, and genuine concern about the children and families of Northborough, Nancy Berglund has become one of the most well-known fixtures on the School Committee. Serving on it for the last ten years, Nancy Berglund celebrated her retirement with a heartfelt sendoff at the meeting last Wednesday. "Let them eat cake," cracked Berglund, as the committee presented her with a cake and several tolkens of appreciation, including a crystal apple and certificates from the Senate and House of Representatives.
