Northborough Player Named 'Louisville Slugger National Player of the Week'
Bryant's Kevin Brown earned the honor.
Kevin Brown, Northborough native and third baseman at Bryant University, was named Louisille Slugger National Player of the Week and Northeast Conference Player of the Week, according to an article posted by the Bryant Bulldogs. Brown, who is a senior at Bryant, has earned the conference title twice, and statistics show a .667 hitting average, .800 on base percentage and 1.583 slugging percentage. According to Bryant, Brown "tripled, hit three home runs, drove in 14, scored 11 runs, walked 11 times and stole seven bases."
