This week, we suggest you take a hike while your family takes a hike ... elsewhere. Whether or not the snow may be getting to you, it looks like it's here to stay for a while. Make the best of it -- try snowshoeing the Cold Harbor Brook Trails. Fresh air, sunshine and simply being close to nature has been shown to reduce stress and improve health in a variety of ways. There's a parking lot at Carney Park (though at last look it may not be plowed, so park at Pendleton Square), right off of Route 20 near Pendleton Square, and the trail will lead you to a beautiful walk along the Suasco Watershed, …
