Northborough police arrested a Framingham man on Friday night.
Det. Sgt. Brian Griffin was conducting a regular check of the Crestwood Drive neighborhood on Friday night when he saw a suspicious vehicle parked in an unusual spot. The car, which was running with its lights off, had three people inside. The check led to the arrest of Jose Cuellar, 20, from Framingham, who was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and possession of a Class E substance. Griffin and Northborough officers also located, in addition to the marijuana, packaging material, a digital scale and cash. Cuellar will be arraigned in Westborough District Court on Tuesday.
