The following cases were heard in Westborough District Court and involve Northborough residents and/or occurred in Northborough.
Peter R. Drake, 56, of 13 Lexington Rd., Northborough, was arrested July 22 by Shrewsbury police and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, and speeding. The case was continued to Aug. 24. Thomas Cassell, 23, of 23 Lydia’s Way, Northborough, was arrested in Northborough July 21 and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, and a marked lanes violation. Graziosi, 41, of 40 Hill St., Haverhill, was arrested July 22 by Northborough police, and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, a state highway signal violation and a marked lanes violation. Juan M. Miranda, 31, 4 Plantation Terrace, Apt. 3R, Worcester, was arrested by Northborough police on June 17 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Virzi scheduled a pretrial hearing for Aug. 16. Lauren Delgreco, 48, of 62 Southwest Cutoff, Apt. B, Northborough, was summonsed to court on an April 9 complaint by Northborough police. Delgreco was charged with uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Virzi ordered the charges to be dismissed upon payment of $250 each in court costs. Rafael Vazquez, 44, of 180 East Main St., Apt. 312, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 5 by Northborough police and charged with OUI, open container violation and speeding in violation of special regulations. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 18. Edgardo Franceschi, 23, of 45 Wellington St. Apt. 1, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 17 by Northborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license. Lawrence J. Rainville, 60, of 180 Main St., Shrewsbury, was was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Northborough police filled out a complaint March 3 charging him with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation and lights violation. Judge Vito Virzi found sufficient facts on the first charge, continued the case without a finding until March 5, 2013 and ordered a 45-day loss of license. He was found responsible on the other two charges; the charges were filed. Thomas F. Earlie, 19, of 400 Newton St., Northborough, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Northborough police filled out a complaint on March 5 and charged him with OUI drugs and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Jason J. McKeon, 58, of 10 Chesterfield Rd., Northborough, was arrested Feb. 10 by Northborough police and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge David Locke continued the case to Feb. 22. Fady Dawoud Kamel Awad, 31, 281 Elm St., Apt. B2, Windsor Locks, CT, was arrested by Northborough police on Feb. 14 and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. According to the police report filed in Westborough District Court, Awad brandished a knife in a threatening way toward Peter Hanna in the parking lot of Teamworks on Otis Street. Akeem L. Pridgeon, 21, of 657 Worcester St., was arrested July 23 by Northborough police and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Vito Virzi found sufficient facts and continued the case without a finding to Nov. 29. He was ordered into a treatment program, lost his license for 210 days and fined $600 and a $65 monthly probation fee. Candice C. Ramos, 25, of 380 Southwest Cutoff, Northborough, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Northborough police filed a complaint Nov. 21 her with shoplifting. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the case upon payment of $39.56 in court costs. Erin C. Sheedy-Amatucci, 13 Tucker Ave., Marlborough, was arrested on Nov. 24 by Northborough police and charged with OUI liquor over .08 percent, marked lanes violation and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. According to the police report, Sheedy-Amatucci was found sitting in a car outside of Guiseppe’s Grille with a flat tire at about 12:45 a.m. She told police that she struck a guardrail.
