Thieves stole electronics from a home on Valentine Road on Thursday.
Residents arrived home to 60 Valentine Rd. on Friday to find their home had been broken into, thieves taking a TV off the wall, a Wii console and some Wii games. Police responded to the home on Friday shortly after 7:30 p.m., meeting with owner Anne Shaughnessy, who said her son had gotten home from school around 3:30 the previous day and noticed the items were missing. Police canvassed the area, attempting to interview neighbors, who were not home at the time. The matter is under investigation.

Police are asking for the public's help.
On Wednesday, March 13, thieves broke into three businesses at 1 East Main St. The buildig contains a dentist office, a doctor's office and other medical-related businesses, said police. The suspect, who forced his or her way into the offices, took cash and prescription pads, which police say are "not an uncommon item to be taken." Victims are compiling a complete list of stolen items. Soon after these breaks were reported, Northborough police were called to 10 Main St. to New England Acupuncture, which also reported a breaking and entering. A Westborough man has been arrested for breaking into a home late Friday night.
A Westborough man has been charged with breaking into a home in Northborough this weekend. On Feb. 16, Adam D Boyce, 29, 17 Westend Ave., Westborough, was arrested and charged with wanton destruction of property over $250, and B&E at nighttime/felony. Northborough police responded to a burglar alarm that sounded at 44 Fisher St. in Northborough at 1 a.m. Saturday morning. Officer Jeremy Trefry found Boyce inside the home and he was immediately placed under arrest. Boyce had kicked in the side entry door to get inside, said police. Boyce was later bailed to appear in Westborough District Court.
