The following cases, heard in Westborough District Court, focus on Northborough residents and/or occurred in Northborough.
Wenbo Yang, 46, of 10 Foxwood Lane, Northborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 22 by Northborough police and charged with driving without a license and having no inspection sticker. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first charge and found the defendant not responsible on the second. Heather Wells, 48, of 41 Holland Rd. Apt. 2, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 24 by Northborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Judge Virzi dismissed both charges. Gutemberg Barbosa, 45, of 267 Mill St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 4 by Northborough police and charged with driving without a license.
