Marilyn Dorey founded Doe-Rey-Me in 1965, and when she passed away in 2008, her daughter, Northborough native Beth McShane took over as director. McShane has been a teacher at the school for 25 years. Doe-Rey-Me is a pre-school focusing on children ages 3 through 5 1/2, and is licensed and certified by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.
