Monday Essentials: Learn About the Town Meeting Articles on Wednesday

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your week in Northborough.

It's Monday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Northborough to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Learn about the special town meeting warrant.

The Northborough Planning Board holds a public hearing on the two special town meeting warrant articles at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Northborough Town Hall Offices.

2.  Melican Middle School students have two half-days this week.

Parent-teacher conferences are Tuesday and Thursday.

3. Support the Peaslee Elementary School: Buy books.

Peaslee's Literacy Night and Best Books Fair is from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.

4. Play Bunco.
 
The St. Rose of Lima Women's Club holds a Bunco Night at 6:30 p.m. Friday.

5. Root for the Tomahawks.

Here is Monday's Algonquin Regional High School sports schedule:

  • Freshman girls soccer: at Hudson, 3:30 p.m.
  • Varsity field hockey: at Littleton, 3:30 p.m.
  • JV football: at Hudson, 4 p.m.
  • JV field hockey: at Littleton, 5 p.m.
