Weekend Berry Picking at Tougas

The picking, it's berry berry good.

Tougas Family Farm closed for picking on Friday, July 12, to allow fruit to ripen for a good picking session on Saturday.

The folks at Tougas said on its Facebook page that the blueberries and cherry and bing cherries are the best for picking right now, and anyone interested should come on out to the farm between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (unless they "pick out" earlier).

Check the Facebook page for many updates on picking conditions.

The Farm Kitchen will be open with blueberry donuts, pies, blueberry smoothies and more throughout the weekend.
