POLL: Think the Tomahawks Will Chop the Rangers on Thanksgiving Day?

The Tomahawks take on their rivals, the Westborough Rangers, on Thanksgiving.

The ARHS varsity football team once again takes on its annual rivals, Westborough High School, in a Thanksgiving Day matchup on their home turf. Teams take to the field at 10:15 a.m., and tickets are $5.

"It should be a great game this year," said Algonquin Head Coach William Long. "Both teams have had their ups and downs this year, so you know the kids from both squads are going to fight tooth and nail to end the season on a high note. I know our seniors—CPT Zach Meath, CPT Kyle vaccaro, Tim Hanlon, Mike Babine and Jordan Entwistle—will give it everything they have to ensure a victory."

Look for results and photos of the game on Northborough Patch. Also, we invite you to submit your photos and videos. Just click and load.

The records are pretty much the same... I say it'll be a good game. Over here at Westborough Patch, we say, "Go Rangers!"

It's my son Timmy Hanlon's last football game at Algonquin Regional High School so this is bitter sweet for me. Win or loose I am so proud of him and all the football players, they have given their all this year. Go T-Hawks!!!!!
