Grabbing shovels, and hockey sticks, NorthStar Youth Forum officials and their construction crew broke ground yesterday for the site's third rink.
The $4 million Rink C project is expected to open at 15 Bridle Lane on Labor Day weekend, Executive Director Denise Marco has said. A Nov. 30 grand opening is planned.
Officials from Northborough's Dixon Inc. General Contracting, which is doing the project, participated in this morning's event.
