New Plans For Former Ritchie Bus Co. Site

The owners of the former Ritchie Bus Company site now want to "sell, lease and service buses" there, according to their Northborough Zoning Board of Appeals application.

The ZBA is scheduled to discuss 51 Southwest Cutoff LLC's plans during its meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Northborough Town Hall Offices.

The firm has applied for a variance, a special permit, and a special permit with site plan approval for its project at 51 Southwest Cutoff.

As of this past spring, the site had been used for "leasing and servicing of company owned buses, (the) service of buses owned/operated by others that were in the area and required services, (and the) repair of all of company owned equipment that was regularly used on the road," the application states.
