SA Farm Owner Petitions Board of Appeals

The Northborough , at 7 p.m. in Conference Room B of the Town Hall on Main Street. It is open to the public.

In addition to approving minutes from the previous meeting, and any other legal business that may come before the board, the ZBA will consider a petition of 429 Whitney St. for an appeal of the cease and desist order that was issued by the building inspector on July 15.

This cease and desist order insisted that owner Santo Anza Jr. "stop the use of an unlicensed compot or solid waste facility" and also prohibited any further importation of food and paper waste to the property.
