Rep. McGovern Opens New District Office

U.S. Rep. Jim McGovern, D-Worcester, is hosting a ribbon cutting and open house at his recently opened Worcester District Office on Friday, July 12, at 4:30 pm.

The Worcester District Office relocated on July 1 from 34 Mechanic St. to 12 East Worcester St., Suite 1, directly behind Via restaurant on Shrewsbury Street.  All casework previously handled by the Mechanic Street office transferred to the East Worcester Street office, and all phone numbers and contact information has remained the same.

Communities covered by the Worcester office include: Auburn, Barre, Bellingham(Precincts 4A & 5), Blackstone, Boylston, Douglas, Grafton, Holden, Leicester, Mendon, Millbury, Millville, New Braintree, Northborough, Northbridge, North Brookfield, Oakham, Oxford, Paxton, Rutland, Shrewsbury, Spencer, Sutton, Upton, Uxbridge, Webster, Westborough, West Brookfield, West Boylston, and Worcester.
