McGovern Speech: 'We Must End Hunger'
Congressman Jim McGovern delivered his first in a series of speeches on hunger.
Congressman Jim McGovern, D-Worcester, delivered his first speech in a series on hunger, he posted on his Facebook wall on Tuesday, Feb. 5.
"We are the most prosperous nation on Earth, but 50 million people are insecure," he wrote. "We MUST end hunger."
