Consider these BEFORE you VOTE: 1) BOS incumbent Pantazis is pushing for multi-family to be put back in the Business East district for town meeting 2013. Not even before the ink is dry... No big surprise, since he voted against the citizen petitions. It should be noted that approximately only 15 people opposed these petitions. 2) An article written the Chief of Police is upset and concerned. He was suppose to get 6 more officers over a 6 year period. This was mitigated in 2005. He has not been able to add more staff; after promises... When and if he is able to hire new staff; he wants the 1st it to be staff for Melican Middle mostly due to bullying!!!!!!! BOS involved. 3) The ugly building downtown where Boost resides; was built against the approved plan. It was requested of the BOS to issue a cease and desist order; they denied that request.

4) Fed Ex has been issued a cease and desist order after a town worker complains. Bartlett Pond is being contaminated. Why is there not a person to oversee and check on these bigger projects to make sure they adhere to the rules and regulations? Perhaps, new selectmen can do something about it. Thank you for Mr. Litchfield for stepping in and stopping the Fed Ex construction. These articles can be found on the metrowestdailynews.com and from researching town meeting minutes. 5) This article came out today written by Dr. Wellman. Another resident group the BOS has let down. http://www.thedailynorthborough.com/opinion/letter-vision-change-northborough I urge you to read these yourselves. PLEASE VOTE on May 14th - MONDAY!!!! Let's thank the incumbents for years or service and allow new people to come forward. These are only 3 year terms.
