Wolf Spotted in Northborough

A wolf was reported seen on West Main Street in Northborough on Wednesday.

The sighting was reported at 4:54 p.m., according to the Northborough Police log.

The wolf returned to the woods before police arrived, according to the log. The caller said they would call back if there's another sighting.

Later on Wednesday, at 11:29 p.m., on Main Street, police arrested Mark Douglas Kale, 51, of 2250 Woodhill Court, Eagan, Minn., and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense; and a marked lanes violation.

On Wednesday, at 8:29 a.m., police received multiple calls reporting a two-car motor vehicle accident on Main Street. Police requested EMS. Police requested Marlborough Police assist with traffic. Police requested McFee/Newton for a tow.

At 2:37 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Charina Road.

At 3:57 p.m., police responded to Main Street in Marlborough for mutual aid to Marlborough Police.

At 8:10 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Main Street.

At 8:39 p.m., police received a report from Shops Way of an attempted shoplifting.

At 9:10 p.m., police assisted the fire department with an alarm on Shops Way.

At 10:16 p.m., police received a report from Main Street of a two-car motor vehicle accident with no injuries. Police requested McFee/Newton for two tows.

On Thursday, at 7:23 a.m.,  police received a report from Church Street of a two-car motor vehicle accident with no injuries. Police issued a citation.

At 7:36 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Winn Terrace.
