Underage Drunk Driver Crashes on Lawn, Arrested for OUI
Police arrested a 20-year-old man for OUI in Northborough.
A Framingham man was arrested on Friday after crashing in the front yard of a Northborough home.
Joshua Prouty, 20, 60 Edmands Rd., Framingham, was charged with speeding, OUI, having an open container in a MV, possessing alcohol under 21, operating to endanger and marked lanes violation after police responded to a crash in the early morning hours on Friday, Nov. 25.
At 2:15 a.m., responded to 76 Davis St., where they found a vehicle on its roof in the front yard. Prouty was sitting on the ground, and transported by the to UMass Medical Center due to his injuries, according to police.

Prouty was charged while at the hospital.
