1 Charged With Domestic Assault and Battery

Here are the highlights of the Northborough Police log for Thursday through Saturday, courtesy of the Northborough Police Department:

On Thursday, at 11:21 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Lydia's Way.

At 12:19 p.m., police received a report from Southwest Cutoff of a two-car motor vehicle accident.

At 12:41 p.m., police received a report from Route 9 of a past hit-and-run accident.

At 4:01 p.m., on Route 9, police arrested Mikayla Lee Buttomer, 20, of 60 Skyline Drive, Apt. 1, Braintree, on a warrant.

At 4:59 p.m., police received a report from Shops Way that a female took merchandise.

At 5:11 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Main Street.

At 10:03 p.m., on Church Street, police arrested James J. Brady Jr., 54, of 407 Whitney St., Northborough, and charged him with a right on red prohibited violation, and operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence of liquor.

At 10:51 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Longfellow Road.

On Friday, at 12:13 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a lift assist on Hoover Road.

At 7:47 a.m., police received a report from West Main Street of a two-car accident with injuries. Police requested McFee/Newton for two tows.

At 4:39 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on West Main Street.

At 9:35 p.m., police received a report from Rice Avenue of a motor vehicle accident.

At 11:59 p.m., police received a report from Shops Way complaining about the noise from the parking lot sweeper.

On Saturday, at 4:06 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a smoke detector activation on Main Street.

At 7:21 a.m., police received a report from Collins Road of gunshots in the area. Police searched the area and found nothing.

At 9:38 a.m., police received a report from South Street of a two-car motor vehicle accident with no injuries. Police left a message for the highway department to clean up the debris.

At 10:26 a.m., police received a report from East Main Street of a dog running by the intersection. The dog was gone when police arrived.

At 11 a.m., police received a report from Avalon Drive of a verbal domestic.

At 6:50 p.m., police arrested Mark D. Small, 52, of 36 Woodstone Road, Northborough, and charged him with domestic assault and battery.
