1:19 p.m.: Party in the lobby reporting a past assault, Main Street

Incidents, Friday, Nov. 30
4:17 a.m.: Caller reporting seeing someone near his vehicle, Whitney Street. Party then reported in the lobby that his laptop was missing.
Arrests:
Nov. 29, 5:49 p.m.: Brian Joseph Laprade, 32, 9002 Avalon Dr., Northborough, arrested and charged with defacing property, B&E at nighttime for felony (two counts), breaking into depository (two counts), B&E daytime for a felony, larceny from a building (three counts), and larceny over $250
