POLICE LOG: One Arrested on Driving Charges

The following information was supplied by Northborough Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The Northborough Police Department reported the following incidents. 

Arrests

Dustin Robert Belanger, 33, of Worcester, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on Feb. 25, and charged with suspended inspection, suspended registration, and suspended license. He was arrested while driving on Main Street.

Jeffrey Mark Bartlett, 43, of Dorchester, was taking into protective custody at 6:11 p.m. on Feb. 27, while on King Street.

Feb. 23, 2014

  • 11:08 a.m. A criminal complaint was filed against a driver for having revoked insurance.
  • 11:29 a.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on the Southwest Cutoff.
  • 2:13 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on the Southwest Cutoff, with no injuries. An operator was cited for unlicensed operation.

Feb. 24, 2014

  • 11:30 a.m. A driver was cited for operating after revocation after a traffic stop on West Main Street.
  • 1:16 p.m. A Church Street resident reported an accident by mail.
  • 1:54 p.m. A West Main Street resident reported an accident by mail.
  • 5:56 p.m. An antique firearm was taken from a man on the Southwest Cutoff.
  • 6:29 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on West Main Street.
  • 6:30 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on Pleasant Street.

Feb. 25, 2014

  • 4:40 a.m. A Main Street resident reported past harassing phone calls.
  • 6:14 a.m. A South Street resident asked police to check in on her husband who left home early on that morning.
  • 1:01 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on Otis Street.
  • 5:47 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported on West Main Street.
