9:24 a.m.: Medical call on Howard Street

10:07 a.m.: Damage to a room, Belmont Street

11:23 a.m.: Medical call on Southwest Cutoff

11:28 a.m.: Well being check, Bay Drive

12:40 p.m.: Resident came home to find two gallons of a corrosive substance in the driveway, South Street

12:39 p.m.: Found iPhone 5 on Whitney Street

3:03 p.m.: Found bag of unknown substance, Pierce Street

3:20 p.m.: Caller having issue with roommate, Church Street

5:51 p.m.: Medical call on Main Street

7:41 p.m.: Report of verbal altercation, Main Street

8:42 p.m.: Report of male party refusing to leave, Belmont Street. Left on foot prior to officer arrival.

Arrests:

Cathy C. Providence, 50, 11 Hudson St., Apt. B, Northborough, arrested and charged with OUI, Colby and Church street
