Incidents, Wednesday, Nov. 21

8:22 a.m.: Resident found evidence of an animal in her house, Main Street

8:51 a.m.: Caller reporting a family member passed away, Harris Ave. DB requested.

12:18 p.m.: Assist the FD with a medical, Pinehaven Drive

1:34 p.m.: Report of a minor two car MVA, no injuries reported, Belmont Street

3:14 p.m.: 2 MVA no injuries, Main Street

3:27 p.m.: Medical call on Village Drive

4:26 p.m.: RP states male stole from the store and is on a bike with a black back pack /one in custody, West Main Street

5:27 p.m.: RP wants to report an abusive adult child, Brigham Street

5:54 p.m.: 2 MVA; no injury, Southwest Cutoff

7:20 p.m.: RP lost his ID, Avalon Drive

Incidents, Thursday, Nov. 22

7:38 a.m.: Assist the Fd with a medical, West Main Street

11:28 a.m.: Resident reporting possible harassment order violation, Rice Ave.

1:57 p.m.: Single Car MVA with injuries. National Grid Notified. Pole # 45. McFee/Newton requested for a tow. Verizon notified for pole. One in custody for OUI, Church Street. NH PC 3206927.

9:52 p.m.: MA 159JR6. Report of erratic operator EB on Route 20, Main Street. One male in custody for OUI. Mcfee Newton called for tow. One male and one female passanger transported to station.

Incidents, Friday, Nov. 23

6:17 a.m.: Caller reporting a possible break-in at the business, Pierce Street.

9:52 a.m.: Employee reporting wallet stolen from break room, Shops Way

10:15 a.m.: Employee reporting the business was broken into overnight, Southwest Cutoff

11:18 a.m.: Medical call on West Main Street

12:04 p.m.: Report of a minor 2 car MVA, Belmont Street. No injuries reported. McFee/Newton requested for tow. MA PC 3BZ450.

2:02 p.m.: 615AK5/MA, Criminal App. Wrong way violation, Belmont Street

4:04 p.m.: Assist FD with residential lockout, Samuel Gamwel Road

4:18 p.m.: Report of loose dog in area, Rice Ave.

8:41 p.m.: Report of disturbance at West Main Street. One male in custody for disorderly conduct, destruction of property and resisting arrest.

Incidents, Saturday, Nov. 24

12:08 a.m.: Medical call on Whitney Street

12:47 p.m.: Resident reporting she found a jewelry box in the woods, East Main Street

1:24 p.m.: Resident reporting christmas ornaments taken from tree in yard, Jubilee Road

2:52 p.m.: Report of a two-car MVA no injuries, Southwest Cutoff. MA 7449DH and MA 44KH78. McFee/Newton requested for a tow.

4:38 p.m.: Caller reporting hearing gunshots in area, South Street

6:22 p.m.: Two-car MVA, no injuries, Southwest Cutoff. Mcfee Newton called for tow.

8:19 p.m.: Car hit dog on Whitney Street

Nov. 22, 5:18 p.m.: Matthew James Hale, 30, 75 Prospect St., Worcester, arrested and charged with Marked Lanes Violation, OUI Liquor, Reckless Operation of Motor Vehicle, Church Street

Nov. 22, 10:37 p.m.: Miguel A Teo, 46, 2 Pleasant Place, Apt. 1, Marlborough, arrested and charged with Marked Lanes Violation, Negligent Operation of Motor Vehicle, OUI Liquor, 2nd Offense, Lights Violation, Main Street

Nov. 23, 9:14 p.m.: Keith Avella, 38, 322 I Main St., East Hampton, arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct
