1:14 a.m.: 498CJ2/MA / Criminal App for operating after suspension, Church Street

10:03 a.m.: Attempt to speak to resident, resident in custody, Whitney Street

3:16 p.m.: Summons to be issued to female party for shoplifting, Shops Way

4:33 p.m.: Report of male party in parking lot kicking vehicles, West Main Street. One in custody.

6:01 p.m.: Loss prevention reporting multiples items found in store, Shops Way

9:13 p.m.: Assist FD with alarm activation, Elizabeth Drive

10:49 p.m.: Son requesting welfare check on mother, Green Street. Right cards issued.

11:50 p.m.: Rte 290 west near exit 25A vehicle off the road ... state police investigate, Route 290

Dec. 2, 10:27 a.m.: Peter D Deasy, 53, 25 Whitney St, Apt: 8, Northborough, charged and arrested for a probation violation

Dec. 2, 5:01 p.m.: William B. Wilson, 48, 98 Elm St., Apt: 1, Worcester, arrested and charged for malicious destruction of property over $250, shoplifting by asportation (third offense), disorderly conduct, false health care claim, larceny over $250, riding on the railroad tracks, trespassing, defacing property, B&E for misdemeanor, B&E daytime for felony, larceny under $250, furnishing false name
