Phone Scam Reported Tuesday

Here are the highlights of the Northborough Police log for Tuesday, courtesy of the Northborough Police Department:

At 3:07 a.m., a motorist reported striking a deer on Main Street. A police officer reported the deer was deceased, and on the road side, Police planned to notify the department of public works in the morning.

At 10:20 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Lyman Street.

At 2:49 p.m., police received a report from Shops Way of a child sleeping in a car.

At 5:25 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a carbon monoxide detector on Main Street.

At 6:05 p.m., someone on East Main Street reported a phone scam.
