  • 3:40 a.m. An alarm activated on Southwest Cutoff.
  • 9:02 a.m. A motor vehicle accident, with personal injury, was reported on Belmont Street/Route 9.
  • 10:31 a.m. 11:02 a.m. Police assisted firefighters with a medical call on Shops Way.
  • 11:20 a.m. A tractor-trailer struck a stone wall on Whitney Street.
  • 11:37 a.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on Belmont Street/Route 9.
  • 11:59 a.m. An accident, with personal injury, was reported on West Main Street.
  • 12:19 p.m. A Chestnut Hill Road resident reported a possible scam to police. A woman alleged that someone called pretending to be her grandson.
  • 1:18 p.m. Police were called to Longfellow Road to check on the wellbeing of a person.
  • 1:34 p.m. Police assisted EMTs with a medical call on Maple Street.
  • 1:38 p.m. An officer was sent to Route 290 to take a reported about an accident from Feb. 7.
  • 3:39 p.m. Police were called to West Street to help with a medical.
  • 4:48 p.m. A two-car accident was reported on Church Street.

Feb. 12, 2014

Arrests

No arrests were reported. 

Incident log

  • 8:32 a.m. A three-car accident was reported on South Street. There were no injuries.
  • 11:20 a.m. Police assisted with a medical call on East Main Street.
  • 11:24 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported on Main Street.
  • Noon. A South Street business reported an issue with a former employee but the employee had left before police arrived.
  • 2:41 p.m. An alarm activated on West Main Street.
  • 4:24 p.m. Police assisted firefighters with a medical call on West Main Street.
  • 4:48 p.m. EMTs assisted a Main Street resident with a medical issue.
