Man Charged in Rape at Motel 6

The investigation happened Tuesday.

A Worcester man faces rape charges stemming from a Northborough Police "investigation involving two females ages 14 and 16 who were working as prostitutes at the Motel 6," police said Wednesday in a press release.

With help from Motel 6 staff, police arrested Rodney J. Sully, 36, of 196 Fairmont Ave., Worcester early Wednesday and charged him with two counts of indecent assault and battery; two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor; and one count each of rape, and rape of a child under 16, police said.

"Other charges are expected as the investigation is continuing," police said.

The investigation happened Tuesday.

Sully faces arraignment Wednesday in Westborough District Court.
