NH Man Arrested for Selling Nitrous Oxide Balloons at the Econo Lodge

A Manchester man sold nitrous oxide balloons to other motel patrons in town for a Phish concert.

Northborough police arrested a Manchester, NH, man at the EconoLodge Motel, where he had a nitrous oxide tank in his motel room.

Hunter J. Moore, 25, 30 Greenview Drive, Apt. 39, Manchester, NH, was arrested and charged with possession of LSD and possessing, selling and distributing noxious fumes/nitrous oxide.

Moore was staying in room 234 at the Motel in Northborough, where he was filling balloons and selling them to other guests at the motel for the weekend to attend a Phish concert, according to police.
