LOG: Teen Arrested After Party on Rice Avenue

The Northborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests

Jacob Dalton Kozlowski, 19, of Northborough, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on April 20, and charged with disturbing the peace, contributing to the delinquency of a child, being a person under 21 in possession of liquor, and impeding a police investigation, attempt to bribe. Police were called to Rice Avenue for a loud music complaint around 12:02 a.m. As they arrived, cars left the area, including one with Rhode Island plates. One vehicle, with a group of kids, was able to get past an officer at the scene who was unable to stop the vehicle. Another vehicle reportedly struck a police cruiser and left the scene toward Whitney Street. Another vehicle was stopped on Cherlyn Drive. Kozlowski was later arrested and charged.

Carlos David Gomez, 31, of Framingham, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on April 20, and charged with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 9/Belmont Street.

  • 10:58 a.m. Police were called to West Main Street to assist with a medical.
  • 6:37 p.m. A domestic disturbance occurred on Crawford Street, with a man and woman arguing outside.
  • 8:37 p.m. EMTs assisted with a medical call on Otis Street.
