In The Courts: Shoplifting, OUI

The following court cases involve Northborough residents or occurred in Northborough.

Susan L. Canderozzi, 56, of 3 Buena Vista Dr., Northborough, was arrested by Northborough police on Dec. 13 and charged with shoplifting by asportation. The case was continued.

Susan Canderozzi, 56, 3 Buena Vista Dr., Northborough, was arrested on Dec. 12 by Northborough police for shoplifting by asportation. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 18.

Robert J. Adolph, 33, 17 Beech St., Blg. C, Westborough, was arrested on Nov. 12 by Northborough police on charges of OUI, suspended license. Judge Vito Virzi sentenced Adolph to 45 days loss of license, 18 months probation and a 90-day program.

Matthew C. Querino, 33, of 200 Hudson St., Northborough was arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with OUI second offense, a marked lanes violation and speeding in violation of a special regulation. The case was continued until Feb. 1.

Steven Gaspari, 27, of 8 Water St. in Westborough was arrested by Westborough police in Northborough on Dec. 16 and charged with OUI liquor with an oral reading of .08 percent or higher, failure to stop/yield and failure to notify of a name/address change. Judge David Locke continued the case to Jan. 19.

Heather Collazo, 34, of 28 Fay Lane in Northborough was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Northborough police filed a complaint on Oct. 20 for an incident that happened on July 21. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge David Locke dismissed the charge by request of the commonwealth and defendant.

Stephanie M. Mariano, 36, of 396 Chandler St., #3, in Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Northborough police filed a complaint on Dec. 14 charging her with violating an abuse prevention order. Judge David Locke continued the case to Jan. 27.

Richard Turner, 36, of 4 Upland Gardens Drive #10, Worcester, was arrested Dec. 18 by Northborough police and charged with OUI liquor second offense, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and having no inspection sticker. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 11.

Joseph R. Murray, 34, of 20 Mayhew St., Hopkinton, was summonsed to court by Grafton police July 28 on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness. Judge Vito Virzi found him guilty of the first charge and sentenced him to 18 months in the House of Correction, with 126 days of credit for time served. The second charge was dismissed.

Theresa Parker, 52, of 508 Green St., Northborough, was summonsed to court by Northborough police on charges of OUI liquor, third offense, failure to stop for a police officer, resisting arrest, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 11.

Gadiel C. Galban, 26, of 3 Raymond Court, Apt. 4, Hudson, was summonsed into court Dec. 17 by Northborough police and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, state highway traffic violation and possession of an open container of alcohol. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Feb. 16.

Glenn Jackson, 51, of 137 West St., Northborough, was summonsed into court Dec. 17 by Northborough police and charged with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation. Judge Vito Virzi found sufficient facts on the first charge and continued the case without a finding until Dec. 19, 2012, with a 45-day loss of license. He was found not responsible on the second charge.
