In Court: Three OUI Arrests; A&B Charges, Allege Woman Punched Victim in the Face

Peter R. Drake, 56, of 13 Lexington Rd., Northborough, was arrested July 22 by Shrewsbury police and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, and speeding. The case was continued to Aug. 24.

Thomas Cassell, 23, of 23 Lydia’s Way, Northborough, was arrested in Northborough July 21 and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, and a marked lanes violation. The case was continued. (Sorry, C- can’t read my handwriting for the date)

Ronald N. Graziosi, 41, of 40 Hill St., Haverhill, was arrested July 22 by Northborough police, and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, a state highway signal violation and a marked lanes violation. He was released without bail and the case was continued to Sept. 13.

Christopher Grear, 34, of 70 Outlook Dr., Apt. 33, Worcester, faced charges from Northborough police in connection to a Feb. 15 traffic stop on West Main Street in Northborough. He was found not responsible on a no inspection sticker charge, and an operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license charge was dismissed upon payment of $200 in court costs.

Erica F. Fullam, 33, of 518 Green St., Northborough, was arrested in Westborough on July 23 and charged with assault and battery. Police allege she punched the victim in the stomach and face. The case was continued to Sept. 10.
