Girl Reports False Stabbing Claim; Threatening Calls; Live Skunk in the Pool

The following information was supplied by the Northborough police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Incidents, Saturday, Aug. 3 

2:12 a.m.: Assist FD with smoke detector activation, West Main Street 

3:30 a.m.: Caller reporting a stabbing at the park, South Street. False report, unfounded.

3:37 a.m.: Caller reported being a victim of a stabbing at the park, South Street. Westborough PD called for an additional car.

4:54 a.m.: Caller reporting a bat in the residence, South Street. Unable to locate, may have flown out on its own.

6:45 a.m.: Medical call on Howe Lane 

8:03 a.m.: Resident reporting live skunk in his pool, Kimball Lane. ACO paged.

11:06 a.m.: Party attempting to pass counterfeit bill, West Main Street 

11:15 a.m.: Party reporting threatening phone call, Otis Street 

12:43 p.m.: Medical call, Pleasant Street 

4:47 p.m.: Caller reporting hearing gunshots in the area, Brewer Street. Parties located and everything checks OK and lawful. RP advised no illegal shooting occurring.

6:56 p.m.: Caller reporting neighbor burning brush, Davis Street 

8:30 p.m.: Caller reporting a dispute with a neighbor regarding his music, Pleasant Street 

9:02 p.m.: 158 Waterford Ave Commercial burglar alarm, Marborough. Marlboro PD requesting a response from us. Canceled en route.

10:16 p.m.: Caller reporting possible fireworks in the area of Reservoir Street. Fireworks located in Boylston.
