Court Log: Sexual Favors at Econo Lodge; Larceny at Boost; Assault With Dangerous Weapon

The following cases were heard at the Westborough District Court in the past week and involved Northborough residents and/or occurred in Northborough.

Gregory D. Aghjayan, 48, of 171 Ruggles St. Apt. 2, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint by Northborough police May 16 and charged with accosting/annoying a person of the opposite sex and soliciting sexual conduct for a fee. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to July 19.

Liexiu Luo, 54, of 132 37 Pople Ave. Apt. 5A, Flushing, NY, was arrested June 1 by Northborough police and charged with sexual conduct for a fee. The police report said Luo offered sexual favors to police officers who had received word of prostitution at the EconoLodge in Northborough. Judge Virzi continued the case.

Emerson A. Portillo of 104 Lawrence St., Framingham, was arrested June 2 by Northborough police and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Judge Virzi continued the case to July 9.

Haleigh A. Connelly, 17, of 59 Hudson St. Apt. 4, Northborough, was arrested June 5 by Northborough police and charged with domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 25. Police said the arrest stemmed from an incident when her mother took her cell phone because she had broken curfew. Connelly allegedly grabbed her mother’s hands to grab the phone, the police report said. She said she needed the phone to do a school project, the police report said.

Danielle Johnson, 20, of 10 Old Century Farm Rd., West Boylston, was arrested May 4 by Northborough police and charged with larceny over $250, larceny under $250 and larceny from a building. Judge Thomas continued the case to July 12. She is charged with remove a backpack from an unlocked locker at Boost Fitness in Northborough, according to the police report. She stole $350 in cash, the victim told police.

Marlon Dacosta, 27, of Beaver St., Framingham, was arrested May 9 by Northborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license and having no inspection sticker. Judge Thomas decriminalized the first charge, found him responsible and fined him $50. He found him not responsible on the second charge.

Victoria Rodriquez, 23, of 115 Chino Ave., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a charge June 6 by Northborough police and charged with larceny over $250. Judge David Locke continued the case to July 11.

William F. Rigere, 51, of 366B Lake St., Shrewsbury, was was summonsed to court on a complaint June 7 by Northborough police and charged with shoplifting and larceny under $250. Judge Locke continued the case to July 2.
