ARRESTS: Worcester Man Charged with Assault, Breaking and Entering

William M. Stout, 44, of Brookhaven Road in Worcester, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on July 2, and charged with assault and battery, home invasion, trespassing, breaking and entering in a building, ship, vessel, or vehicle, threatening to commit a crime, and a warrant.
He was arrested on Main Street.
Jakob Rae McVane, 18, of Amherst Road on Shrewsbury, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. on July 4, and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, marked lanes violation, and being a person under 21 possessing liquor.

He was arrested on Southwest Cutoff after police were called to a report of a fight and found a motor vehicle accident.
