ARRESTS: Providence Man Faces Assault and Battery Charges
The Northborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Ashley E. Lyons, 26, of Sumner Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 7:17 a.m. on May 14, on a warrant. She was arrested on Southwest Cutoff. According to police, the warrant was for an assault and batter charge. Last summer, she was arrested on an assault and battery charge in Marlborough, according to Patch. In August 2010, she was arrested on an assault and batter charge in Marlborough.
James J. Owens, 26, of Manton Avenue in Providence, RI, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on May 14, and charged with assault and battery (domestic) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He was arrested on Southwest Cutoff.
Kelly Richard Trilk, 46, of South Youngield Court in Lakewood, CO, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. on May 14, and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, and improper operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested on the Southwest Cutoff near the Shrewsbury Lane after a traffic stop.
