ARRESTS: Fall River Man Charged with Assault, Drug Possession

James Michael Parslow Jr., 22, of John Street in Fall River, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on July 16, and charged with assault and batter and possession of a Class B substance. He was arrested on the Southwest Cutoff after the Shrewsbury Police called to report an alleged domestic assault in that town.
Jonathan M. Harp, 44, of Northgate Road in Northborough, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on July 16, on warrants. He was arrested on Main Street.
