2 Turkeys Spotted on Route 9 During Thursday Evening Commute

Two turkeys appeared to be trying to cross Route 9 in Northborough during the Thursday evening commute.

Westborough Police reported that to Northborough Police at 5:42 p.m., according to the Northborough Police log.

However, the turkeys were grazing by the side of the road when Northborough Police arrived.

On Thursday, at 9:20 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Avalon Drive.

At 12:30 p.m., an officer reported a minor motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Shops Way.

At 3:05 p.m., police received a report from Brewer Street of a black and white dog running loose in the area. The dog was gone when police arrived.

At 3:16 p.m., police received a report from West Main Street about an unhappy customer being disruptive. Police spoke to all parties, and the situation was resolved.

At 3:58 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a brush fire on Davis Street.

At 4:33 p.m., police received a report from Otis Street of the larceny of a generator.

On Friday, at 5:27 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Milk Porridge Circle.
