1 Arrested For Theft of 14 New Peaslee Laptops

Detectives recovered 12 of the computers through their investigation.

A suspect in the theft of 14 new laptops from the Peaslee Elementary School computer lab on Aug. 26 has been arrested, Northborough Police said Thursday night.

Brian M. Walsh, 24, was arrested at his home at 277 Dudley Oxford Road in Dudley by Northborough and Dudley Police.

Walsh will be arraigned Friday in Westborough District Court on the charges of larceny over $250, and larceny from a building, Northborough Police said in a press release.

There were 14 laptops, "recently delivered to the school" and "still in the original boxes," reported stolen, police said.

Detectives recovered 12 of the computers through their investigation. The investigation also led to Walsh's arrest.
