As a Northborough Real Estate Agent, the one question I am asked every day is "How's the market?" My response is always "I prefer to SHOW you rather than TELL you." And that's what I will briefly do here.... 

As of today, March 15th, there are 67 Single Family Homes on the market in Northborough. The list prices range from $154,900 to $1,349,000.

Of those 67 homes, 25 have accepted offers with a list price range of $175,000 to $625,000. 11 of those homes went under agreement in less than 30 days!

So let me ask YOU, "How's the market?" 

You would tell me it is very HOT and it is time to list my home!
