Have you noticed at Dunkin Donuts in Northborough they have attached a banner sign on the handicap parking sign posts blocking access to the sidewalk for handicap people. They are forcing the people to walk around the back of their cars to go into the store. With foul weather on it's way this makes for a potential fall of a handicap person. People need to speak up. This is poor management.

Total disregard for handi cap at Dunkin Donut in Northborough. The sign is still up blocking sidewalk access for handi cap people. I formal letter was sent to DD with a response that it would be passed along to the right people. Still, nothing has changed. Why post handi cap parking with no intention of complying the purpose of said signs.

Bob, Something will be done AFTER someone gets hurt. Unfortunately that's the way our society seems to work. Otherwise, it doesn't feel like a priority to DD nor to the town.

Next is the BBB along with some state handicap agencies. This is a case that DD is going to get a lot of bad reputation in Northborough.

Since Dora the manager cares less about handicap as some other higher ups in DD, I will have to let our local congressmen take action. Even our own town officials are turning their heads away from this issue.
