Northborough — Wayne D. Barrow, 44, of Northborough was stricken ill and passed away at home on July 22, 2013.
Wayne was born in Trinidad and Tobago and lived there before immigrating to America at the age of 13. After reaching the age of 21, Wayne became a U.S. citizen. 

Natick — Alfred A. Lagan, 77, died Tuesday, July 23, 2013 of natural causes at his home in Natick, Mass, surrounded by his family
The son of an Irish immigrant who owned a tavern in the Bronx, NY, Al’s career began by cleaning the tavern and saving pennies left on the floor. At the age of 16, his own father’s untimely death meant an early end to childhood years. Al graduated from Iona College in 1956 at the age of 21, and joined the Navy, where he was part of the Explosive Underwater Ordinance Disposal team, or also known as a “frogman.”  

Grafton — Joanne L. (Nichols) Rokes, 37, of East Brookfield died on July 22, 2013 at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester, after a four year struggle with Melanoma.
She worked at Farrell Volvo in Southborough and Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. After her boys were born, she worked part time for Payless Shoe's and was a full time Mom. 

Natick — Domenic R. Cucinotta, Sr., age 92, a lifelong Natick resident, died peacefully after a long illnesson Monday night, July 22, 2013. He was the devoted husband of the late Joan (Tranter) Guigli Cucinotta who died January 31, 2012. 
Domenic settled in a home on the property, married and started a family. He started Dom’s Florist next door to his residence and operated the business until he sold it in 1963. He worked for a number of years at Harry Quint Florist in Newton and in 1980 joined the staff at his son Tony’s business, Bee Hive Floral in Norwood. Domenic continued to work part time with Tony until his health failed. 

Marlborough — Monica E. (McNally) Champagne, 83, of Phillipston, died Friday, July 19, 2013 in her home, after an illness
She was born May 4, 1930, in Marlborough, MA, daughter of the late John and Mary (Long) McNally. Mrs. Champagne was raised in Worcester where she attended Sacred Heart School and worked for Whitalls Rug where she met her husband, Robert.

Natick — Raffaele Sansossio, age 73, a longtime Natick resident, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Saint Patrick’s Manor in Framingham after a long illness. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother and friend.  
Raffaele was employed as a bodyman for many years with Subaru of Natick. In 1991, he decided to change paths and became a custodian with the Wayland School District. He concurrently worked in the same capacity at Regis College until his health related retirement in 2000.
