Attached is an article from the Worcester Telegram discussing a program where homeless kids, currently living at the Econo Lodge, in Northborough, can go to the Y's Summer Camp programs free of charge.
Personally, I couldn't imagine what it must be like for children who are in a motel all day with few financial resources, but it's nice to know that there are people who are creating opportunities for these kids to get out, play, get exercise, etc.
I suspect that a lot of kids who live in Northborough, including mine, don't often realize how lucky they are.
