Stress Relief, Gentle Yoga Class

Got Stress??  There is a reason they call it the silent killer!!  Many people are under a constant amount of stress day in and day out and over time it can lead to serious health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, weight gain, sleeping disorders and stroke.

For such serious complications, there is a simple remedy taking time each week to focus on you and learn how to manage your stress and reduce it in your life.

Gentle Yoga is a wonderful way to learn how to breath, relax and focus on your own mind and body and reduce tension through out your entire system. 

This class is available to everyone all you have to do is come!!!  First class is always free, and mats are provided.  You only have one of you!!!!  Take care of it!!!
