Serenity Sundays
Take time every Sunday morning to rejuvinate your mind, body and spirit for the coming week. This 75 min class combines Yoga, laughter, meditation and yogic breathing techniques to calm the mind and banish stress. You will leave the class feeling relaxed, refreshed, energized and light hearted. Ready to take on the challenges of the work week ahead.
The elements of this class include:
- yoga postures to stretch the muscles and increase flexibility
- Yogic breathing or Pranayama exercises to increase energy and oxygen levels
- Laughter yoga to elevate the mood and boost immunity
- Meditation to achieve serenity, inner strength and joy
